You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the activity takes place, in order to receive your deposit back.
You can contact us by phone to see if there is a possibility to move the reservation to another available time and day, without the possibility of cancellation.
If there is a cancellation in case of bad weather or our fault then you can get your deposit money back or we can make a reservation at another available time and day.
